TWT Signature Mango Madness Green Smoothie

1 cup frozen pineapple 

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 banana

1 cup pre-washed organic spinach

1 cup kale (remove leaves from stem)

2 tbs either flax or chia seeds

1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

 

Optional: 2 tbs hemp seeds (plant based protein that can be found in organic grocery store in the refridgerated section near the chia and flax seeds along with probiotics).

 

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
